Quick exit and screen privacy
Someone walks in? It's already locked.
Privacy is often about the next three seconds. Flip the phone face down or give it a shake and VaultBolt locks. The app switcher never shows your photos, and if a screenshot is taken inside your vault, you are told straight away.
How it works
Quick exit and screen privacy, step by step.
Flip or shake
Turn on quick exit and choose the gesture.
Auto-lock
Lock immediately on leaving the app, or after a delay you choose.
Screenshot alert
If a screenshot is saved to Photos while your vault is open, a banner offers to delete it.
App-switcher cover
The preview in the app switcher shows a neutral cover, never your content.
Recording and mirroring
When the screen is recorded or mirrored, content is replaced by an opaque cover.
Clipboard care
Copied items are cleared and the keyboard avoids learning what you type in the vault.
Honest limits
- iOS lets apps detect screenshots but not block them, and nobody can stop a second camera.
